Biography
Jen is chief people officer for our consulting business and a member of our management committee.
She joined Mott MacDonald in 2014 and is responsible for leading and evolving our future-focused people strategy and driving its delivery. Having previously led the people team across the UK and Europe, as well as serving as an integral part of the region’s leadership team for several years, Jen has deep experience in aligning our people and business strategies.
Jen has a proven track record of delivery across areas including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, equality, diversity and inclusion, reward, and wellbeing.
Jen is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Charted Institute of Personnel and Development) and has a passion for developing talent, leading and delivering on strategy, organisational development and transformation as well as employee attraction and engagement.
