With a career rooted in aviation spanning more than 25 years across global markets, John Reavy brings strategic leadership, deep technical expertise and a long‑standing commitment to the Middle East in his role as aviation lead for the region. Based in Riyadh, he oversees the region's aviation portfolio, strengthening client relationships and guiding complex programmes with clarity, integrity and a collaborative approach.

Following roles at the world’s busiest international airport and two of the fastest‑growing global airlines, John moved into consultancy where he now applies his experience to major airport and aviation programmes. He has extensive experience leading operational research and capacity planning teams, covering airport master planning, capacity assessment, airport operations, airline strategy and efficiency. He is also an experienced leader in the research, design and implementation of innovative decision‑support tools. This expertise continues to shape how airports plan, operate and grow.

John has led and contributed to some of the world’s most ambitious aviation projects, including the expansion of Dubai International Airport, the initiation of Al Maktoum International Airport, masterplanning at Heathrow Airport and capacity expansion at Stansted Airport in the UK, and development and delivery of a masterplanning framework for 25 airports across Saudi Arabia. His approach blends global expertise with local presence, ensuring continuity, quality and strong client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Today, John plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of air travel in the Middle East, helping countries expand airport capacity, improve connectivity and build aviation systems that support long‑term economic and social development.
