She has partnered with government, industry and communities on projects across a diversity of sectors and assets, and is known for her collaborative approach and ability to translate social outcomes into practical, implementable solutions.

Having worked across Australia, Asia Pacific and the UK, Laura brings extensive experience in consenting, financing, planning and delivery, combining social impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and inclusive design to de-risk projects, secure approvals and deliver measurable social value and community benefit. Through her leadership, she supports teams and clients to understand and manage social risks and develop solutions that drive local participation, employment and long-term outcomes. Driven by data, her approach integrates inclusive and collaborative design, develops programme-level social metrics and governance frameworks, and enables clients to build social licence and embed sustainability into strategy, delivery and decision-making.
