Biography
Bringing clarity to complex, interconnected systems is central to Monica Dryden’s work. A technical director specialising in systems engineering and integration, she supports the delivery of complex rail and transport programmes across Australia, guiding projects from concept through to safe, confident operations.
Monica leads systems engineering, integration and assurance activities on major infrastructure programmes, helping clients define requirements, demonstrate system performance, and transition smoothly into service. Her experience includes Brisbane Metro, where she supported Brisbane City Council to move from construction into passenger operations through a structured, evidence based approach to operational readiness and assurance.
Passionate about systems thinking and capability building, Monica is committed to developing strong teams and establishing clear approaches to planning, integrating, and delivering complex infrastructure.
