Biography
A Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience across multiple markets, Richard is passionate about sparking cross business collaboration to create bold, imaginative service offerings in response to our client’s challenges to deliver impactful societal outcomes. He specialises in strategic growth, client engagement and building trusted relationships that unlock long-term value.
Richard has led multidisciplinary teams delivering complex infrastructure and advisory programmes across healthcare, education, defence, wastewater and law and order. His career highlights include the successful delivery of a number of NHS hospitals, including the rapid delivery of Nightingale hospitals during the Covid-19 pandemic. With expertise in procurement and technical advisory, he has a strong track record across various procurement and funding routes.
Having held several senior portfolio and development roles, Richard’s focus as development manager is on shaping innovative service offerings that bring together the best of Mott MacDonald to support clients in delivering impactful, future-ready infrastructure.
