Stephen Marsh
Biography
Stephen is chief growth officer for Mott MacDonald in North America, leading the region’s growth strategy across market development, client engagement, business development, strategic investment, strategic pursuits, and mergers and acquisitions.
Stephen joined Mott MacDonald in 2016 and has held leadership roles in the Middle East and North America. Based in Los Angeles since 2021, he established and led the North America buildings market. Since 2025 his focus has been as Client Director for LA Metro where he has successfully developed the account and major project pipeline. His project experience spans buildings, transportation, transit-oriented development, master planning, sustainability, and major infrastructure programs from strategy through to project delivery.
His focus is on bringing together Mott MacDonald’s people, capabilities, and client relationships to accelerate sustainable revenue and earnings growth across North America.
