Biography
As the thermal transition market leader at Mott MacDonald, Thomas helps clients plan, design, and deliver complex energy infrastructure, including natural gas and alternative fuel pipelines and facilities. He has over two decades of project management and engineering experience, including significant FERC 7(c) pipeline and facility projects.
Thomas’ experience spans feasibility studies, capital cost estimating, FERC resource report support, detailed design, construction drawing packages, procurement, and construction contract support. As a licensed professional engineer, he combines technical depth with practical delivery experience to help clients advance reliable, resilient energy systems that support the thermal transition market.
