Biography

Travis March specialises in leading the delivery of complex road and rail infrastructure, bringing a structured, integrated approach to major projects. As a technical director for major projects, he draws on more than 25 years’ experience across Australia and New Zealand to provide strong technical leadership across design and delivery. Travis holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), is a Chartered Professional Engineer, and is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).

Known for his calm, collaborative style, Travis partners with government clients, delivery authorities and contractors to support evidence based decision making and a smooth transition into delivery. He is focused on delivering robust, buildable solutions that achieve lasting community outcomes and improved transport performance.

He works across the full project lifecycle, from strategic option development and approvals through to detailed design and construction phase services. He has held senior leadership roles on major projects including The Wave Stage 3, Cross River Rail – Tunnels and Stations, Beerburrum to Nambour Stage 1, Hope Island Station, and the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing, where he has guided integrated teams through assurance, governance and safety requirements while managing constructability and staging risks.
