An exciting opportunity for a talented and skilled tunnel engineer to participate in our varied infrastructure and tunnel projects in Hong Kong.  Join our Hong Kong-based tunnel team and take the lead in shaping future through engineering.Support the market strategy by providing engineering input for safe and efficient project designGet hands-on experience across a diverse range of infrastructure and tunnel projects in Hong Kong and beyondJoin a supportive, collaborative, and professional team that values your voice and expertise.As an Idenpendent Consultant, you'll help the company meet technical and regulatory standards in tunnel, geotechnical and structural design for specific railway project. 

Key Role & Responsibilities:  

• Provide specialist advisory services in handling statutory compliance to Hong Kong Railway Standard (HKRS)
• Provide specialist advisory services in approval process and liaison with Government departments including Buildings Department and Railway Checking Unit (RCU)
• Provide specialist advisory services for statutory compliance 

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Familiar with project management principles and tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel).
• Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
• Prior experience in statutory approval of infrastructure submissions is advantageous.
