The role ensures that project data, documentation, and model information are aligned to defined project requirements, structured reference environments, and governance frameworks.

Operating within established delivery models and project standards, the role focuses on enabling consistent, accurate, and accessible information across all disciplines. The role applies defined information requirements as a baseline, translating them into practical workflows and maintaining alignment with project scope, stage, and governance throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage structured project information environments, including common data environments and shared information repositories.
  • Apply and maintain defined naming conventions, metadata standards, and data structures across all project information.
  • Ensure alignment of models, documents, and data with defined project requirements across design and construction stages.
  • Maintain structured project reference environments (e.g., project notebooks, governance pages) as the central source of information for delivery alignment.
  • Coordinate information flows between disciplines, ensuring consistency across design outputs, construction documentation, and reporting.
  • Perform data validation, quality checks, and compliance reviews against defined requirements.
  • Support design-stage delivery through structured setup and coordination of project information.
  • Support construction-stage activities, including tracking document revisions, changes, RFIs, and field-related information updates.
  • Review and interpret structured project references and ensure information outputs align with scope, stage, and governance expectations.
  • Work closely with BIM and delivery teams to ensure consistency between models, data, and documentation.
  • Ensure outputs align with defined governance structures, roles, and responsibilities (RACI).
  • Contribute to consistent and repeatable information management practices across projects.

Candidate Specification:

  • 5+ years of experience in information management, document control, or digital delivery within infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working across both design and construction stages, supporting project delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of structured information management frameworks and defined delivery requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate information across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and data-focused approach.
  • Experience working within common data environments and structured information systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across project teams.
