  • Provide executive oversight and leadership for complex, multidisciplinary construction and infrastructure programs from procurement through project closeout.
  • Champion excellence in health, safety, quality, schedule, budget, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee portfolio performance across multiple concurrent projects, proactively managing commercial results, operational efficiency, contractual obligations, and business risks.
  • Act as a senior client advisor, developing and maintaining strong relationships with public and private sector clients to support repeat business and long-term strategic growth.
  • Lead engagement with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory authorities, contractors, consultants, and community partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance on delivery models, procurement strategies, construction methodologies, contract administration practices, and project controls.
