Your Opportunity
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, taxation, superannuation, and company policies.
- Manage payroll-related transactions including new starters, terminations, leave processing, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, and employee benefits.
- Provide expert advice and support to employees, managers, and People & Culture stakeholders on payroll matters and legislative requirements.
- Reconcile payroll data and maintain accurate records, ensuring payroll information is complete, secure, and audit-ready.
- Prepare and review payroll reporting, statutory submissions, and month-end payroll reconciliations.Investigate and resolve complex payroll queries, discrepancies, and system issues in a timely manner.
- Support payroll audits and ensure ongoing compliance with employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal controls.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline payroll processes, enhance system functionality, and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, People & Culture, and external providers to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Assist with payroll projects, system implementations, testing, and process enhancements as required.
