Mott MacDonald has secured places across four service areas: project and programme leadership, programme office and controls, risk and opportunity management and planning and scheduling, reflecting TfL’s confidence in our technical capability, collaborative approach and proven track record delivering complex, high-profile transport programmes across London.

Kerry Hancock, managing director for advisory and programme delivery, said: “Our specialist and strategic advisory teams will look to identify, develop and deliver opportunities that support TfL aims. The appointment builds on our long-standing partnership with TfL and significantly strengthens our ability to support them at scale while the organisation has greater funding certainty and clear delivery ambitions.

We’ll be actively engaging TfL teams, mapping key stakeholders, meeting decision-makers and listening to align our expertise to TfL’s priorities so we’re ready to respond at pace as commissions come forward.”
