Randy Davis joins Mott MacDonald to lead energy market in North America

Randy Davis has joined Mott MacDonald as energy market leader for North America. In his role, he will lead business growth across the energy sector, partnering with teams throughout the region to bring the best of our capabilities to our clients in Canada and the United States. His focus will be on helping our energy clients expand power, natural gas, and low-carbon networks infrastructure, advance net-zero goals, and capture opportunities across a rapidly evolving market.

Randy has over 20 years of experience establishing and advancing organizations in new markets spanning oil and gas, renewables, utilities, and emerging power-demand sectors, including data centers.

Prior to joining Mott MacDonald, he held market leadership roles at Burns & McDonnell where he successfully built and scaled an oil and gas market program and supported regional growth. Earlier in his career, he led environmental compliance for a multi-state natural gas liquids pipeline system and managed professional environmental services programs for midstream clients.
