Stephen Marsh appointed chief growth officer for North America

Stephen Marsh has been appointed chief growth officer for North America. Based in Los Angeles, Stephen is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and client acquisition across North America. He will continue to implement Mott MacDonald’s regional growth strategy, lead strategic investment initiatives, major projects initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions activity.

Stephen joined Mott MacDonald in 2016 and has held various leadership roles in the Middle East and North America. Based in Los Angeles since 2021, he established and led the North America buildings market and serves as client director for LA Metro. Stephen has broad experience as a project director and technical lead on infrastructure projects in the fields of buildings, transit-oriented development, sustainability, master planning, land development, infrastructure, and transportation.
