Adam Halpin

Adam Halpin is our global rail market leader, responsible for driving strategy, strengthening client relationships, and connecting expertise from across our business to deliver major rail and transit programs around the world. He works closely with clients, partners, and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that help owners plan, deliver, and operate complex transportation infrastructure.

With more than 20 years of international experience, Adam has led the growth, development, and delivery of major transportation and infrastructure projects across North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia. His career spans leadership roles with global engineering and consulting firms, where he developed growth strategies, led major pursuits, managed key client relationships, and delivered complex programs for public and private sector clients.

Adam brings a unique perspective from working with owners, contractors, and consultants, with extensive experience in alternative delivery and collaborative contracting models. His expertise includes design-build, public-private partnerships (P3), construction manager at risk (CMAR), construction manager/general contractor (CMGC), alliance, early contractor involvement (ECI), and managing contractor delivery models. 
Adam is a Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Design-Build Professional and a recognized leader in advancing innovative project delivery across the transportation industry.
