Biography
Adina is a highly experienced project director and development manager with more than 35 years’ experience supporting energy projects around the world. She has led large multidisciplinary teams and managed multi-million-pound framework contracts, innovation programmes and grant-funded initiatives, helping clients move complex projects from early concept through to implementation.
Her expertise spans across a wide range of low carbon technologies including thermal generation with carbon capture with a strong track record in advising developers, investors and government bodies on strategy, policy, procurement and delivery. Adina has supported bankable feasibility studies, due diligence, project appraisal, monitoring and evaluation, as well as stakeholder engagement and capacity building. She is particularly skilled at understanding how regulatory and technical risks affect commercial outcomes, and at helping clients create practical routes to delivery for innovative and “first-of-a-kind” projects.
