Aine leads the development of our UK and Europe buildings business, which spans healthcare, defence, communities and commercial markets.
A chartered engineering geologist with over 25 years’ experience, she brings deep technical expertise and a strong track record in multidisciplinary project delivery.
Since joining Mott MacDonald in 2011, Aine has held a range of leadership roles. Holding the position of UK and Europe cities lead for several years, Aine has experience and insights across the cities and built environment agenda. She understands the complexities of the urban environment, the importance of placemaking and communities, and the need to bring integrated solutions to tackle client challenges.
Now as development director for buildings, Aine leads business strategy and investment planning to support long-term growth. She focuses on Mott MacDonald’s presence in the buildings market, deepening client engagement and strengthening the team’s ability to secure and deliver impactful projects.
