Alice Mountain

Alice joined Mott MacDonald as a graduate in 2012 and has built extensive experience in project management, programme delivery and business development across major infrastructure programmes in the rail, highways, aviation and defence sectors.

As a senior project manager on the F-35 Beddown Programme at RAF Lakenheath, Alice led the delivery of critical infrastructure supporting the United States Visiting Forces (USVF) in the UK. She continues to work closely with colleagues across the UK and US to identify opportunities that enhance mission readiness, strengthen defence capability and support the evolving infrastructure needs of the USVF estate.

Alice enjoys building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their priorities and deliver practical solutions that create lasting value. She brings together multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex environments, foster collaboration and successfully deliver programmes of national strategic importance.
