Biography
Western Australia’s growing role in defence and shipbuilding is creating new opportunities, new partnerships and increasingly complex delivery challenges. As our defence and security leader for Western Australia, Emma works with defence and industry clients to navigate these environments, aligning commercial, technical and stakeholder priorities to support critical capability outcomes. Her experience spans facilities and infrastructure projects, maritime sustainment and major capability acquisition across Australia.
Based in Perth, Emma combines strategic market leadership with hands-on project delivery experience. She focuses on strengthening partnerships, shaping opportunities and supporting the growth of high-performing teams, while helping clients deliver the infrastructure and capability needed to meet Australia’s defence priorities.
