Biography
Jim Phillipps brings a steady, considered approach to shaping land-related Defence programmes. As Asia Pacific, New Zealand and Australia leader for land within our defence and security market, he works with government and industry clients to think through long-term needs, navigate complexity and make confident decisions about critical assets supporting capability.
With over 25 years of experience in major projects and advisory leadership, Jim brings experience working across complex, multidisciplinary environments where land, infrastructure and security considerations intersect. He works closely with clients to shape programmes, manage risk, and support sound decisionmaking from early planning through to delivery, with a strong focus on collaboration and longterm outcomes.
Jim spent 17 years in the Australian Special Forces in a diverse range of command and leadership roles. He is committed to building successful, highperforming teams and trusted client relationships, and to ensuring that we continue to make a positive contribution to resilient, secure and sustainable outcomes.
