As our environment and society leader for Asia, she works at the intersection of ecological conservation, environmental engineering and climate resilience, guiding projects that demand careful integration of environmental considerations from the outset.

Her experience spans environmental and social impact assessment, advisory on international standards compliance and due diligence, ecological monitoring and fisheries studies, ecologically friendly design by nature-based solutions with depth in developing marine ecology and fisheries conservation strategies. She has led multidisciplinary teams delivering advisory services for major infrastructure, including international airport expansion, pier enhancement, river revitalisation schemes, and renewable energy development, overseeing work from early planning through to design and construction monitoring. Her approach combines technical insight with stakeholder engagement to shape practical, nature-based and community-engaged solutions while supporting infrastructure that protects biodiversity and meets long-term resilience goals.
