Biography
Effective decision making under uncertainty depends on a clear understanding of risk. As a risk and assurance advisor within our defence team, Kady helps project teams and clients identify, assess and manage risk across complex programmes.
Kady brings an interdisciplinary background in mechanical engineering and data science, combining analytical rigour with a practical, delivery-focused approach. She works across assurance and risk management activities, supporting informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Her experience includes delivering project risk management across major infrastructure programmes, co-facilitating risk and Safety in Design (SiD) workshops, developing risk management plans and registers, and applying data analytics to enhance risk insight and reporting.
