Biography
Laura Frank is Mott MacDonald’s division general manager for the Northeast, United States, which includes New England, the New York Metropolitan Area, and New Jersey. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, she works closely with leaders across North America to nurture client relationships, develop talented teams, and drive sustainable growth for the Northeast division.
Laura brings over two decades of industry experience, with her career spanning operational leadership, business development, growth strategy, client engagement, and organizational transformation for architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and consulting firms in the United States and Europe.
Laura is a board member of the Massachusetts Building Congress and a mentor for the Tent Partnership for Refugees’ LGBTQ+ mentorship program.
