Biography
Najah is a project management leader with more than two decades of experience in metro systems, station design and the delivery of complex transport infrastructure. Her career has been shaped by a deep understanding of how people move through busy environments, enabling her to contribute to many of the UAE’s most significant metro projects.
She has helped deliver major capacity upgrades, station expansions and new line developments across Dubai’s transport network. Her work centres on improving passenger flow, aligning designs with operational requirements and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
Najah is particularly experienced in working within live operational systems, where maintaining service continuity is essential. Her approach combines innovative phasing strategies with meticulous risk management to ensure that essential upgrades can be delivered safely and efficiently while keeping services running.
She is also committed to developing the next generation of design management professionals, often mentoring colleagues and supporting their career growth.
