Biography
From major motorway upgrades, rail programmes, complex bridges and including work to upgrade Australia’s Antarctic bases, Paul Davis has spent more than 30 years delivering infrastructure across Australia. A technical director and civil engineer, he specialises in leading large, multidisciplinary programmes, with expertise in project governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement and commercial management.
His experience includes work for all tiers of government and various construction contractors in both alliancing and design and construct (D&C) on a range of projects including roads and highway programmes. Over the course of his career, Paul has provided leadership across planning, optioneering, concept design, detailed design and construction support activities, helping government and private sector clients manage complex technical and delivery challenges.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical engineering insight, Paul is valued for supporting effective decision-making at critical stages of delivery.
