Biography
Paula Tom is a development manager for Mott MacDonald's federal and defense business in North America. In her role, she collaborates closely with our federal and defense team to deliver innovative solutions for our clients and partners in the region.
Paula has more than 25 years of experience in federal-sector business development. Having been with Mott MacDonald for more than two decades, she is recognized as a subject matter expert in federal procurement processes and is a trusted partner to internal teams and external collaborators alike.
Paula has supported long-term federal client engagement and programmatic growth initiatives, bringing consistency and strategic alignment in support of mission-driven programs.
