Rhydian Morgan is passionate about healthcare and has dedicated his three-decade career to improving patient outcomes and delivering efficient, effective and sustainable healthcare environments.
Rhydian is a leading expert in national and international hospital capital delivery programmes and large scale project developments, working with government departments, private and public sector providers, lenders, major contractor/developers and numerous NHS Trusts. He has directed more than 15 major healthcare projects from inception to financial close, earning recognition for his integrity, strategic focus and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through challenging programmes. An expert in procurement, design and construction delivery, he has delivered some of the most complex and transformative healthcare initiatives in the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East, helping to shape the future of global healthcare infrastructure.
