Biography
Stephen Spacey is our global market leader for metros and stations, providing strategic leadership across the planning, design and delivery of major rail infrastructure worldwide. Based in Australia, he works with clients and project teams to shape integrated solutions that support growing cities and deliver safe, efficient and user focused transport networks.
With extensive experience in complex transport environments, Stephen brings together technical expertise, market insight and collaborative leadership to support metro and station projects from early concept through to delivery. He is known for his ability to align multidisciplinary teams around clear objectives, helping clients achieve outcomes that balance operational performance, passenger experience and long term value for communities.
