Job Description :
Our Noida office is expanding its Bridges team, and we are looking for a talented Underground Transportation Structure BIM Modeler to join us. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, working on some of the most exciting global infrastructure projects.
Job Location : Noida
Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate and detailed 3D Underground Transportation Structure models using Autodesk Revit Structure and other BIM tools.
Assist in creating Revit families including parametric, nested, and type catalogue-based components.
Assist in performing models checks for completeness, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, modelling standards, and project-specific requirements.
Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design coordination issues.
Support the preparation of construction documentation and drawing extractions from BIM models.
Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM workflows and best practices.
Coordinate multidisciplinary models using Navisworks or similar software.
Support knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:
Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
Essential skills and experience:
1–5 years of experience in the industry, with a focus on underground structures. bridges or infrastructure projects
Good understanding of BIM processes, model-based delivery, and digital collaboration
Good 3D modelling skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently with some guidance and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Desirable competencies / skills:
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit Structure, ACC, Autodesk Forma model coordination, AutoCAD, Microstation, OpenBuilding Design or Tekla
Knowledge of Navisworks Manage (or similar) coordination/review tools
Experience on international projects and standards
EngTech MICE or working towards it be an advantage
