We are hiring experienced infrastructure professionals to support and grow our presence across the Region of Peel and Region of Waterloo. These roles focus on delivering complex municipal infrastructure projects and building strong client partnerships across transit, heavy civil, and broader municipal programs. 

As a Client Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships while delivering high-impact infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role combining project leadership with business development in a seller-doer capacity. 

What You Will Do 

  • Build and manage relationships with municipal clients across Peel and/or Waterloo 
  • Deliver infrastructure projects across transit, heavy civil, and municipal sectors 
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Support proposals and positioning for upcoming work
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes 

What You Bring 

  • 10–15+ years of infrastructure experience
  • Direct experience working with Region of Peel and/or Region of Waterloo (required)
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills
  • Experience in transit, heavy civil, or municipal infrastructure

Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.

 

 

The expected salary range for this position is from $131,000 - $160,000
