  • Provide project quality leadership and independent oversight of design quality management, design verification, interdisciplinary coordination reviews, and technical assurance activities across project planning, design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities..

  • Act as the primary project quality representative with clients, regulators, contractors, and delivery partners.

  • Deliver project related quality training, mentoring, and best-practice guidance to project teams.

  • Capture project lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across other major projects and programs.

  • Lead project quality audits, surveillance activities, supplier assessments, and assurance reviews across major projects, including design quality audits and reviews of design verification and validation processes.

  • Manage project non-conformances, corrective actions, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Oversee project quality documentation, including design quality records, review evidence, and design assurance documentation, inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality work plans, and quality control processes.

  • Monitor contractor, consultant, and supplier quality performance and identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities on project.

  • Support program assurance, stage-gate reviews, risk management processes, and project governance activities, including assessment of design readiness and compliance with design quality requirements.

  • Develop project quality dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting for project and executive leadership teams.
