About the Business Unit   

Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) is a high-impact business unit within Mott MacDonald, dedicated to enhancing project delivery across our global operations.

As part of GDSC in India, you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center,  hotels, sports and events venues, and Metro & stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery, to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions.

Key Deliverables:

• Create and update detailed MEP models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and BOQs from Revit models.
• Collaborate with design teams to incorporate engineering inputs into coordinated BIM models.
• Has to be well versed with Dynamo & should have taken Automation initiatives
• Participate in clash detection and coordination processes using tools like Navisworks or ACC Model Coordination.
• Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards.
• Maintain model integrity by managing parameters, families, and templates.
• Support the setup and maintenance of Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, schematics, and as-built models.
• Perform regular model health checks and contribute to QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Architecture, Structure) to ensure integrated design delivery.

Candidate Specification

Professional Experience :

• Should have at least 5 years of experience in MEP BIM modelling using Autodesk Revit

Essential Skills & Software :

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Good understanding and hands on Dynamo and Automation experience
• Understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, lighting, power, drainage, and water supply.
• Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, BS 1192, and ASHRAE/SMACNA guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
