Our Opportunity
Due to exciting upcoming projects, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior & Principal Structural Modellers to be part of our Buildings Structural team in Sydney. You will be joining a diverse team of people that are passionate about what they do, with a proven track record of guiding our projects and clients, and leading the delivery of digital ways of working across infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality structural models, drawings and documentation in line with project requirements, company standards and quality procedures.
- Liaise with external consultants, clients and project stakeholders on BIM and digital delivery requirement
- Collaborate with structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams to support the successful delivery of complex buildings projects.
- Lead and contribute to BIM coordination activities, including model reviews and design coordination workshops.
- Mentor and develop junior Structural Modellers, providing technical guidance across Revit, BIM and digital delivery practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of Revit standards, BIM content libraries, digital workflows and best-practice processes.
- Champion innovation by promoting new BIM technologies, delivering internal training, and driving continuous improvement across the Structural team.
About You
- Proven experience in structural modelling and BIM delivery within the buildings sector.
- Advanced Revit modelling and documentation skills.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, coordination workflows and multidisciplinary project environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage work, prioritise tasks and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with project teams, clients and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring others and sharing technical knowledge.
