Vartan Vartanian joins advisory and programme delivery business

In the newly created role based out of the Madrid office, Vartan will build on Mott MacDonald’s established data centre capabilities in the UK and Europe, supporting clients and internal teams across technical leadership, design, delivery and programme execution. 

Vartan has over 21 years of international experience, spanning critical and digital infrastructure, secure telecommunications, information and communications technology solutions, extra low voltage system solutions and defence-related environments. He possesses deep expertise in data centres, having delivered programmes across key lifecycle stages, including due diligence, planning, design, construction delivery, systems integration/commissioning and operational readiness.

Having worked with hyperscale end clients as well as major general contractors and system integrators, he brings a strong end-to-end perspective on how complex data centre programmes are planned, designed, procured, delivered and operated in different markets and delivery environments.
