We are entering a critical phase of growth in the Pacific Northwest and are looking for a senior leader to shape the future of our Portland and SW Washington Business.
This is not a traditional project management role. We are seeking a Principal Project Manager who will take a central role in leading, growing, and evolving our presence in the Oregon and SW Washington region.
You will act as a key partner and deputy to the current leadership, with a clear pathway to future office / market leadership, while driving strategic growth, client development, and delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
The expected salary for this position is $185,000 - $226,000
