We're looking for a Tunnel / Geostructural Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our Vancouver tunnels team. This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to build deep technical expertise through hands-on design, analysis, and modelling work while learning from some of the industry's leading tunnel and geostructural specialists.
You will contribute to the design of major underground infrastructure projects across North America, supporting the development of tunnels, shafts, underground stations, retaining structures, and other complex ground-structure interaction systems.
For engineers who are passionate about becoming technical specialists, this position offers exposure to challenging projects, advanced analytical tools, and mentorship from senior engineers recognized throughout the tunnelling industry.

The expected salary range for this position is from $84,000 - $103,000.
