New executive board appointments

Mott MacDonald has appointed Dean Radeloff, president and CEO for North America and Aimee Barwick, division general manager for the northeast United States, to its executive board, effective 1 July 2026.

The appointments broaden the representation of the North America region on the executive board, while also providing additional expertise in governance. Dean and Aimee’s appointments follow Paul Bentley, director in Mott MacDonald’s contracting business, JN Bentley, who became a member of the executive board earlier in the year.
