Through his dynamic leadership, proactive approach to building strong client relationships and significant contributions to business development, Dean has driven increased opportunities and project wins in North America. These include appointments supporting the modernisation programme for Toronto Pearson Airport in Canada and designing the first light rail system in Austin, Texas. Dean will continue in his role as president and CEO for the region.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Aimee has managed large multidisciplinary teams, driving strategic concepts through to measurable social outcomes. Aimee brings extensive board and committee experience, including previously serving on Mott MacDonald’s Shareholders’ Committee and its senior leadership team in New Zealand. She has also held senior governance roles in New Zealand sport.
James Harris, chair and chief executive of Mott MacDonald, said: “By welcoming Dean and Aimee to our executive board, we position ourselves to better support our people, clients and the continued success of Mott MacDonald. As we continue strengthening our presence in North America, Dean’s broad expertise and commercial insight in this region will make a crucial addition to the board. Aimee’s strong strategic mindset, her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence will further enhance our leadership.”
