Mott MacDonald has been operating in the region for 40 years, and more than 500 staff are now based across its offices in Bristol, Exeter and now Plymouth. Over the last five years staff numbers have increased by nearly 80% and it expects that to continue growing.
As well as supporting Babcock with the exciting Devonport Royal Dockyard major infrastructure programme, Mott MacDonald is involved with key projects across the region including; emergency flood alleviation works around the coastline; masterplanning for Cattewater Harbour; working to bring forward local cycling and walking infrastructure plans; decarbonisation planning for University Hospital Plymouth; and supporting the City Council with a Ports Study to support economic growth.
The new office at The Merchant, has an ‘A’ EPC rating, critical to the consultancy’s net zero and sustainability commitments, as well as offering a first class space for staff, partners and clients.
